   • By uploading videos, users grant Baazi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, share, and promote their content on Baazi’s digital channels, including Baazi TV, website, and social media platforms.
   
4. Intellectual Property
   All platform content, trademarks, and logos are the property of Baazi. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Baazi permission to use it for talent identification, marketing, and promotional purposes.
   
5. Privacy and Data
   User data is handled in accordance with Baazi’s Privacy Policy. By using the platform, users consent to the collection and processing of their data as outlined therein.
   
6. Termination or Suspension
   Baazi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating these Terms or engaging in misuse of the platform.
   
7. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
